The Champions “Power 30”; is a kickboxing and cardio workout, for the modern day person. This exciting and challenging circuit consists of techniques taken from boxing, kickboxing, self defense, yoga, and core stability training.

With the “Power 30” workout you maximize your training time by staying active in an exhilarating 30 minute circuit designed to build strength and burn fat. It has also been shown that 30 minutes of exercise 3 times per week is enough to decrease the chance of various health risks including heart disease and high cholesterol.
