Facility

With over 10,000 square feet of training space, Champions is Canada’s largest martial arts and fitness school. The Champions facility contains: three training floors fully equipped with state of the art injury prevention mats; independent ladies and men’s change rooms, with lockers and showers; complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash; a pro shop; an energy bar; a regulation boxing/kickboxing ring; a private introductory room; and the latest fitness equipment.
